The Why
The Home Depot needed a partner to support their robotics rollout in their e-commerce Direct Fulfillment distribution centers. The client reached out to Bricz seeking WMOS subject matter expertise to help ensure the success of their pilot implementation.
The Work
The Bricz implementation team designed and implemented a pilot approach to integrating Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) with WMOS v. 2012. Bricz supported configuration, integration, and testing between the Locus AMRs, Manhattan Associates WMOS, and Honeywell Intelligrated WES.
The Outcome
After a successful pilot implementation, The Home Depot continued to deploy Locus Robotics in additional Direct Fulfillment facilities with the help of the Bricz team. Bricz partnered with the Home Depot team to roll the solution out to 5 warehouses across multiple versions including WMOS v. 2019.
As a part of this implementation, Home Depot realized a 50% increase in units picked per hour.
Bricz's value proposition is in the quality of work they do. The analytical skillset and experience of Bricz team members helped us successfully complete key implementations and meet our business goals."
