Our History
2014
Building relationships meant to last
In 2014, Bricz was founded by our CEO Ram Gopalakrishnan in Atlanta, Georgia, to provide services for Manhattan WMS and LMS. That same year, Bricz signed its first customer The Home Depot which remains a client today.
2015
Establishing a Niche Implementation Practice
A year after its founding, Bricz had expanded its Manhattan services practice and signed its 5th customer, Tractor Supply Company.
2016
Growing the Future of Supply Chains
Bricz set out to lead supply chains into the future by adding Technology Road mapping to its suite of services, and invested in the most crucial area for growth, its people, by growing to 16 total employees, all driven by the Bricz mission.
2018
Driving Global Supply Chain Excellence
Bricz took its operations global and opened its India office in Bangalore. By then, a new partnership was also formed, as Bricz grew its implementation services by launching a Körber practice.
2019
Happy Customers, Happy Employees
Bricz signed its 25th customer, Neiman Marcus, and grew to 30 employees. They advanced their technology offerings and started a robotics and automation practice. That year Bricz was also chosen as a “Great Place to Work”.
2020
Transforming Supply Chains in the Midst of Chaos
In the midst of a global pandemic Bricz recognized the need for optimized transportation management across retail supply chains and launched its Transportation/TMS practice. That year Bricz also signed its 50th customer, Five Below.
2021
Global Team, Global Capabilities
Bricz Opened its UK office and grew to 55 employees globally, now supporting customers across 7 countries. Bricz also launched its Supply Chain Strategy practice and established a MercuryGate partnership.
2022
A Bricz Better Build for the Future
Bricz rebranded to better reflect its mission and company culture. They also signed their 75th customer, Geodis, and grew to 92 employees, who graciously proclaimed Bricz again as a, “Great Place to Work”.
2023
Getting Centi-mental
A decade after its founding, Bricz moved to new Atlanta HQ and signed their 100th customer, Finish Line! In sticking with the trend, they also surpassed 100 employees. As the team grew, their innovation and drive to develop new supply chain solutions in the face of the world's omnichannel landscape, launched a Predictive Omnichannel Fulfillment Planning solution.
