As Vice President, Services, Jim heads our Services teams focused on executing exceptional consulting engagements with our clients that deliver long-term business value through successful assessments, implementations, and business process transformations. Jim has more than 25 years of leadership in Supply Chain technology and operations. This experience is even divided between direct industry experience and in consulting to leading apparel, footwear, accessories, and consumer products companies. This work includes working with manufactures, retailers, and distributors. His career has focused on delivering transformational technology solutions from selection through implementation, and operations process improvement and analytics. Specific experience includes work with warehouse management system including Manhattan Associates and Koerber (formerly HighJump), Anaplan connected planning solutions, forecasting and inventory management solutions, warehouse operations improvements, order management, business forecasting, planning, and buying. Prior to joining Bricz, Jim led Carter’s Connected Planning initiative and before that managed the logistics technology team for The Home Depot’s direct fulfillment network. He is an alumnus of the Rollins College, Crummer School of Business, and the University of Florida.
